Lake Winnisquam is a freshwater lake located in Belknap County, New Hampshire. It is the fourth-largest lake in the state, with a surface area of approximately 4,238 acres and a maximum depth of 154 feet. The lake has several islands, including Stonedam Island, Straw's Point, Lighthouse Island, Loon Island, and Mohawk Island. It is a popular destination for boating, fishing, and swimming, and is located near popular tourist destinations such as Weirs Beach and Meredith. The lake is also home to a variety of fish species, including largemouth and smallmouth bass, rainbow and brown trout, and yellow perch.
